Alfyria's Terms of Service:

--- GENERAL• You must be 18 years or older to commission artwork from me.
• I may decline specific applications if I feel I am unable to complete/fulfill the request.--- PAYMENTS• Artwork will not be completed beyond the sketch stage until payment is received in full.--- DEADLINES / TURNAROUND• Average wait time: 3-6 weeks
• Due to Artists health and physical limitations, all commissions are subject to longer wait times beyond the average, should personal matters arise. This will be communicated by the artist.--- USE• My artwork is for personal or private use only. I do not allow my artwork to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit; unless an agreement has been met or payment has been received for this use.
• Please inquire on the form for a Commercial Rights Fee / Percentage and I will respond with an additional quoted amount.
• I strictly prohibit usage for NFT (Non Fungible Token) / AI Learning.--- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS• I, as the Artist, maintain all and absolute rights to my works:
this includes publishing the work(s) on my socials and adding it as part of my portfolio, unless otherwise accorded with the client.
• Commercial pricing starts at 100% of the overall price.--- REFUNDS• If I, the artist, am unable to complete the request, a refund will be provided.
• If 4 months/12 weeks passes and no work has been completed by the artist, the client can ask for a full refund.
• Once the initial first sketch has been provided, you cannot request a full refund.
• Refunds are not guaranteed immediately, and a timeframe can be discussed at point of refund request.
